The beginnings of R.G. Simbillo Technologies International Corporation started in 1988, then R.G. Simbillo and Partners founded by Engr. Rodel G. Simbillo. After having much success in engineering design and consultation, Engr. Rodel G. Simbillo had the company steer towards specializing in Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning (HVAC).

In 1999, R.G. Simbillo and Partners further expanded, then newly named as AEOLIAN Technologies International Corporation, with joint ventures and known business entrepreneurs in Pampanga. After the dissolution of AEOLIAN in 2007, Engr. Rodel G. Simbillo rebuilt atop R.G. Simbillo and Partners roots and R.G. Simbillo Technologies International Corporation came to be in the 14^th of October in the year 2008.

As part of the company vision, RGSTIC aims to achieve every engineering standard and to keep up with every latest innovation by annual trips to international conventions. Even with RGSTIC growing success since its foundation, it continues to instill the most importance of standards which is the livelihood and well-being of its employees and affiliates.
